I am now creating a bootable media, but I dont know the exact version and bit rate for the target PC. Try by running the hardware troubleshooter. Then click Next to start the process. If the problem continues, you can use other Windows troubleshooters. Run any relevant troubleshooters that may be useful in this situation. Also try by removing recent windows update.
